You know, I just happen to come across this book and the min I picked it up to read I did not want to put it down. It was written in 1963! I realized this with the lingo in the content .. then I thought "Is this how people were treated before the mind drug invasion?"  I cannot tell you how much this book as helped me understand the mind.

I hope to use the principals I learned in that book to not only help heal my brain but also help me let go of the anger and excel with my life. This book focuses on Positivity, Harmony, Love, Healing and Prosperity.  In no place did this man ever think of or rule in or out drugs! I got this book for a friend, a sibling and my Parent.

As I read this book (before this last taper) I gained the confidence to be drug free and even though I am somewhat scared, this book helped me to keep on going. So don't be surprised if I mention this book every single time I think it helped me during this withdrawal process. I bought the kindle version it was only 1.75!! needless to say I bought three more of his books. Joseph Murphy died om 1981 and  think if he were alive today he would be appalled at the way these drugs are being handed out.
