Up to Today

April 5th in the late evening/early morning after my last post I had a horrible night/morning. I had hot fever type feelings again and then all of a sudden cold chills. I could take those, it is more irritating then anything else. But then I had anxiety. Normally I would have ran toward the Klonapin. But I decided to just try and comfort myself. I was up and down for hours having to use the washroom. By the time I was up for the day my ankle was not swollen. then yesterday I was really really tired and I took it easy all day and went to bed early about 8:00pm

A friend asked me a question I thought was interesting. they asked if maybe I really had the flu bug and I think it is withdrawal? I said "possibly".

I don't know why I am having so much trouble with this level. But I am too far away from the drop date to reinstate. So I decided to stick it out. I can see now that this last 10 mg will take quite some time.

I do have the benefit of having some friends already get off an antidepressants. some did a quick taper and suffered badly, even to the pain of having many health problems 2 years off the drug. And that drug was Cymbalta. I say benefit because I can talk with them and ask then their opinions. I also think that it could be Lexapro or Paxil, it could be Effexor or Cymbalta, we don't know what is going to happen to us when trying to get off these drugs ... some can without to much of a hassle and others suffer horribly. I already know from the first time that I am the latter of the two. I have been on them for 14 years. And I desire my life back.

The scale and vitamins came in yesterday.

I started:
Fish oil caplets 3 times a day. (total of 3000mg)
B complex vitamin 2 per day according to bottle.
Multivitamin
Magnesium malate 200 mg at night (I might g up to 400 because that is on the bottle)
Calcium citrate 2 capsules before bedtime. (500mg) serving size is 4 capsules for a total of 1000 mg

What I am not taking now which also came in:
L-Theanine (I want to really research this one)
Lecithin

Today I plan on catching up on sleep, chocking down some nutritious food (appetite is really not there) and drinking a lot of water.
