No real withdrawals at day 2, later on today with be day 3 which I looked back and noticed they started last time. So I plan on just trying to do the things that might help me, such as exercise, good nutrition and maybe a project around the house.
I do time on the cross trainer 2 times a day, if I had more normal hours I would do 3 times a day! After the first week it because easier and I now actually look forward to it!
With juicing it is easier to eat more healthy. Since I now buy in bulk for that at Costco I am finding their organic and healthy food there and it is really helping.
I have gotten a lot of tips from this site.
