I am so much better today. I slept in late and it was a refreshing sleep. I actually got a lot done today and am very tired. I can still feel the effects of being so tired. But being tired is better than what I felt in the last few days.
If I had to pick out the things that I think helped me up till today it would have to be Sleep, Vitamin B Complex and Fish oil. Gee as I type this I am hearing a Lyrica commercial in the background ... How sad the number of people that will be trapped by anti depressants that don't need them.
Thunderstorms have rolled in so I am off for the night.
