Day 6 Taper at 8.1 mg or 0.104

Well today I felt the withdrawal, headache, foggy feeling and tension. Woke up this morning with a little dread. All that stopped when I went on the cross trainer. In fact didn't come back till now. And it is not too bad. Feels like the start of the flu but it never gets worse.

Drinking 6 8 ounce glasses of water a day.
Exercising 2 times a day for about 20 - 30 mins Today was 30 mins each time. (I worked my way up to that amount of time)
Forgot the fish oil!
