Good Day

I can;'t report any symptoms because I don't have any now .. I feel as if this taper was harder but am now stable. I have also gone back to 40 min aerobic exercising (cross trainer). Muscles are fine and there is no pain. I am very happy to be back on track.

I have a jam packed weekend with plenty of plans.
